Mike received a BS in Education from Southwest Texas State University in 1973. He has been an appraiser of residential, commercial and complex properties, specializing in oil gas production, transmission, compression and business personal property, since 1974.

Kelly has almost 30 years of office experience working with all levels of management in the building materials, technology, oil & gas midstream and operations industries. She has worked for Benchmark Ad Valorem, in both full and part time capacities, for the past 11 years.

Greg, received a BS in Finance  from U of H in 1982 and spent 4 years in Joint venture Accounting and 2 years in Property Tax at Unocal, before joining PTS/Strategis in 1987. In 1989 Greg formed Benchmanrk Ad Valorem. He has 32 years in appraising all types of taxable property, specializing in oil & gas operations, plants, pipelines and business personal property. 

Marcus Walker

Marcus, received his BBA in Management from Texas A&M – Kingsville in 2001.  Before joining Benchmark , he spent 12 years with various appraisal districts, the last 8 as a Senior Appraiser with the Brazos CAD in College Station.
